Brad & Lance have 61 years of coaching experience between them – with extensive expertise ranging from grass roots to top level coaching and mentoring.  They have both coached and played overseas in countries such as India, UK, Sri Lanka, Canada, and various others. Their expertise has also extended to teaching and mentoring other coaches, running specialist coaching clinics for schools, clubs and associations, and managing teams in tours and tournaments throughout Australia and overseas. 

“Upskill Cricket” is their new joint venture, in which they have combined to bring an online cricket coaching platform to assist those they cannot physically offer coaching to.  Alongside this, they have been holding Upskill Cricket Coaching Clinics throughout Brisbane and remote country towns/areas. Some of these areas include Charleville, Inverell, Warwick, Toowoomba and Roma. 

They also are heavily involved in the “Wanderers Club”, a charity organisation, which tours to vast parts of Australia, promoting cricket and offering free coaching clinics to remote country towns whilst also running mini tournaments against the local teams.
